USA
Domestic US orders are shipped with tracking from Fargo, ND using UPS Ground. Orders take 3-7 business days to arrive.
CANADA
Canadian orders are shipped with tracking from Fargo, ND using FedEx and take 5-8 business days to arrive. All Canadian orders are customer friendly meaning we will handle all import and VAT related charges and forms.
INTERNATIONAL
At this time, we are not shipping to other regions. We have sent some of our games to our international fulfillment partner GamesQuest. You will be able to view and purchases games via their website when they are in stock: https://www.gamesquest.co.uk/collections/board-games

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS OR DAMAGED GAMES
At Pops & Bejou Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy for all of our items. If you are not satisfied with your board game for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days of your purchase, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your game for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your game must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns for games that have been opened or used.
If you need to return or exchange a game, please contact us at info@popsbejou.com to start your return. Once we have received your game and confirmed that it meets the conditions for a return, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

LOST PACKAGES
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details when orders ship. If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive upon delivery confirmation, please notify us as soon as possible. Claims for lost or missing packages must be reported to us within 10 days of the shipping confirmation to allow us time to file a claim with the shipping service.
