Domestic US orders are shipped with tracking from Duluth, MN. Orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive.
Canadian orders are shipped with tracking from Duluth, MN and typically take 5-8 business days to arrive. All Canadian orders are customer friendly meaning we will handle all import and VAT related charges and forms.
At this time, we are not shipping to other regions from the US. However, we do send games to our international fulfillment partner in the UK, GamesQuest. You can view and purchase our games via their website.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS OR DAMAGED GAMES
At Pops & Bejou Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy for all of our items. If you are not satisfied with your board game for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days of your purchase, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your game for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your game must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns for games that have been opened or used.
If you need to return or exchange a game, please contact us at email@example.com to start your return. Once we have received your game and confirmed that it meets the conditions for a return, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details when orders ship. If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive upon delivery confirmation, please notify us as soon as possible. Claims for lost or missing packages must be reported to us within 10 days of the shipping confirmation to allow us time to file a claim with the shipping service.
